  1. How do I make a booking?

Customers can make a booking online through our website https://thecarportandspa.com.au or through the phone 08 9277 4441. Online is preferred option.

  1. Do my date and times provided in the booking form have to be exact?

Incorrect drop-off and arrival dates and times can affect the accuracy of our quotation. So, it is important to provide the correct information.

  1. What time do I have to arrive at The Car Port & Spa?

We advise our customers to arrive at our premises 10 minutes before shuttle time booked so that we can complete other formalities and the shuttle can leave on time.

  1. How many drop off and pick up are provided with 1 booking?

We provide 1 complimentary drop off and 1 complimentary pick up for 1 booking.

  1. Do I need to leave my car keys with you?

Yes. The Car Port & Spa is a Valet service and as such requires your car keys to drive in and out of our yard as no one other than our staffs are permitted to drive inside our yard due to the safety of the other cars present in the yard.

  1. Do you provide Motorbike airport parking?

The Car Port & Spa provides undercover parking for the motorbikes. We have a room allocated to the customers who can leave their helmets and other stuffs in that room and we take care of their belongings while they are away.

  1. What level of security is provided?

Our car parks and undercover storage facility are under high security alert which we do not disclose here for security reasons.

  1. How can I contact you?

Through email, phone or simple walk-in. Email is preferred option.

  1. Where are you located?

Our parking operation is based at 504 Great Eastern Highway Redcliffe (Cnr of Ivy St) WA 6104.

  1. Do you have an ABN?

Yes, we are a legitimate business. Our ABN is 99 6597 7463.

  1. What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Booking may be cancelled for whatever reason at any time up to 48 hours prior to the start of the booking period. You will receive a refund subject to a minimum 48 hours’ notice ($ 20admin fee is non-refundable). Cancellation must be made by emailing us at [email protected].

The bookings for the customers not turning up on the booked date and time are considered as no show and so no refund will be made.

Note: Booking made to park in less than 48 hour is non- refundable.

  1. What happens if for some reason I need to extend the parking than the actual date that I have been booked for?

The extension of the parking needs to be made through the phone at 08 9277 4441 or email at [email protected].

The extension of the booking would cost $ 15/ day for Undercover Parking and $ 10/ day for Outdoor Parking

  1. What happens if for some reason I need to come early than the actual date that I have been booked for?

To organise the pickup of the vehicle before the actual date mentioned in the booking needs to be made through the phone at 08 9277 4441 or email at [email protected].

There will be no refund of money for arriving early than what it is booked for.

  1. What happens if for some reason I need to change the dates of my booking?

The dates of the booking can be changed through phone at 08 9277 4441 or email at [email protected].

We don’t charge anything for changing the dates of the booking as long as the numbers of dates remain the same. If the number of parking days gets extended by changing the dates then it would cost $ 15 per day for Undercover Parking and $ 10 per day for Outdoor parking. There will be no refund of money if the number of parking days is less than what it has been paid for by changing the dates.

  1. What is your privacy policy?

The Privacy Policy of ‘The Car Port & Spa’ covers the following points mentioned below:

The personal information collected from the customers is not disclosed to anyone.

The personal information of the customers cannot be accessed by anyone other than the staff members of ‘The Car Port & Spa’.

The customers can always contact us if they have any concern about their personal information.

  1. What is your vehicle damage policy during the storage of the vehicle?

The customers parking their vehicles with The Car Port & Spa agrees to the condition that the company will take every care possible for vehicles during storage, but no responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to vehicles during the term of the storage.

  1. Do you provide parking for a Motorhome, Caravan and Trailer?

Yes, we do provide parking for a Motorhome, Caravan and a Trailer. The bookings for them cannot be made through the website as they have a different pricing structure and needs to be booked through the phone.

  1. Business Hours

Our business hours are:

Weekdays – 4am to 10pm
Weekends – 8am to 6pm

See after hours for procedures outside of business times.

  1. After Hours

Call office to receive details on lock box procedure. We will text to your mobile code to access lockbox. Refer to business hours.

  • *By booking online through the website or through the phone, the customers agree to all the terms and conditions of the company mentioned above.
  • **The car wash/detailing is a separate service/product which does not come as a complimentary service with the parking. For further information about this service please contact us and we will provide you with the information.
