A. Customers can make a booking online in our website or through phone.
Q. What happens when I have completed my booking form online?
A. On completion of the booking we will send you an email confirming your booking details.
Q. Do my times provided have to be exact?
A. Incorrect drop-off and return times can affect the accuracy of our quotation. Your times will be rechecked at the car park upon your arrival.
Q. What time do I have to arrive at The Car Port & Spa?
A. We suggest you to arrive at our place few minutes before the booking time so that we complete other formalities and drop you off on time.
Q. Do I need to leave keys with you?
A. Car Port & Spa is a Valet service and as such require your keys to park
Q. Do you provide Motorbike airport parking?
A. The Car Port & Spa provides undercover parking for the motorbikes. Please call our customer service staff for a great rate on 08 9277 4441 for motorbike parking. We have a room allocated to the customers who can leave their helmets and other staffs in that room and we take care of their
staffs while they are away.
Q. What level of security is provided?
A. Our car parks and undercover storage facility are monitored 24 hrs a day, cameras and other arrangements which we do not disclose in the

A. Our parking operation is based less than 2 minutes from Terminals 3 & 4 at 504 Great Eastern Highway Redcliffe (Cnr of Ivy St).
Q. Do you have an ABN?
A. Yes. We are a legitimate business. Our ABN is 98 6047 25 199.
Q. What is your refund Policy?
A. A full refund will be made if you let us know at least 2 days prior to your parking date about your cancellation. You have to request for refund in writing.
50% will be deducted if you cancellation is done if the cancellation is done in less then two days. You have to request for refund in writing.
No refund will be made for no show or cancellation after the booking date.
The personal information collected from the customers is not disclosed to anyone.
The personal information of the customers cannot be accessed by anyone other than the staff members of ‘The Car Port & Spa’.

Q. What is your delivery policy?
A. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will provide you the service in the required time. There could be a delay to drop off or pick up for may reason i.e. roadworks weather etc.
